Developed with Nutri Disc and a unique extraction system, the Breville 800JEXL Juice Extractor perfectly fulfils the task of maintaining the maximum nutritional value of fruits and vegetables. In addition, it keeps all ingredients warm without heating them, thus better preserving nutrients, enzymes and flavour. The unique design of the Breville 800JEXL extends to the feed trough, which is located directly above the rupture disc. Thanks to this sophisticated construction, the system can receive input signals from the sides and thus increase the pressing performance of the grinding discs. The machine operates at two different speeds and, depending on the ingredient added, automatically selects the right speed: a low speed for soft fruit and vegetables, while a high speed for harder vegetables completes versatility. The ultra-wide funnel can even pick up seedlings and leafy vegetables at the same time, both in bunches and packed together.
At such low speeds, the juice sometimes tends to run out of the filter container. This is why it is equipped with a feed pusher that ensures that everything continues to flow smoothly through the grinding plate, even at low speeds.
More about Breville 800JEXL
In terms of juice efficiency, I give this Breville masterpiece an almost perfect score of 9.8/10. Usually it works with 90% efficiency, which I expect when I pay over $300 for something. When reading other customer reviews, many people did not find any defects in this centrifuge. It is a reliable and efficient machine that you can expect to use for years to come.
For me it’s a monstrous juicer and there are many reasons for that. The size, for example, is enormous. This Breville 800JEXL takes up a lot of space in my kitchen, but its size doesn’t really bother me because of the 3 inch wide feeding trough. It is also well designed and quite large. In fact, at first sight it looks more like a car than a camera. And the best reason she’s an animal is because she eats what you put in her, literally. I’ve never seen hard vegetables cut into such small pieces in my life. And it’s all done by pressure from above. In fact, I can throw a whole apple in a 3-inch feeding trough and watch it being cut, diced and squeezed into a crystal-clear apple liqueur. As you approach the root, simply push it slowly into the stem and within minutes you will see it turn into a fine, permanent liquid. The best thing is that you can grow two or three roots at the same time.
As far as leafy vegetables are concerned, these must be combined with harder vegetables, otherwise it only leads to the readers. It’s normal for a juice extractor to grind, so it’s nothing new to me. Usually I press the cabbage and grass and roll them up so that the big leaves stay on the sides. The trick is to have harder things in the middle and softer things on the sides and push the whole thing with the food pusher. A few blades break, but that’s good, because with the Breville 800JEXL waste is more than manageable.
The glass tends to leak when you go over the maximum line. So take a break and pour the juice into another glass or container before continuing. Also, it is not worth trying to maximize the efficiency of mixing the harder vegetables by using the slow speed setting, as they tend to eat the teeth of the cut slices. Finally, cleaning is very easy, because all you have to do is brush your teeth, wash the filters and everything else with a simple rinse.
Easy to use
The fact that this animal can eat anything thrown at it makes it the easiest centrifuge to use. Yes, he can even take a whole apple and swallow it by spitting out pure, freshly squeezed juice with the driest flesh of any juicer. These are vegetable and fruit juices, regardless of their consistency and hardness. Make sure you add hard vegetables to the soft vegetables, otherwise the equipment may get stuck on the soft vegetables.
Stainless steel parts and easy to remove parts make cleaning the Breville 800JEXL fast and efficient. We did not encounter any major obstacles, such as attempts to remove residual pulp from the juice net or pulp sticking to corners and cracks.
The juice quality of the
is comparable to that of a chewing centrifuge, which probably explains why the Breville JE800XL is so expensive. Yes, it contains a little foam, but the juice is just as good as all the others, and it easily stays fresh for a few days!
Excellent yield due to superior efficiency and speed. In fact, we have not yet found a competitive brand or model that can produce as much juice as this Breville using a centrifugal mechanism.
Current load, lots of steam power to make an impressive juicer. This Breville is undoubtedly a powerful and heavy machine.
Because it’s so fast you hardly notice the sound. Moreover, this enormous power makes it possible to quickly cut and throw away any vegetarian fruits or vegetables they encounter, so that the sound generated is at best direct.
